Whether you're ready to hit the road for a 5K or prefer a more laid-back lap as a Couch Potato, there’s a way for everyone to take part. Best of all, every registration helps support the restoration of the historic Barnwell Community Center.

The Spud Run 5K takes runners and walkers along scenic rural roads around the Barnwell community. The paved course features gentle rolling hills and plenty of country scenery.
Registration: $30 — includes race T-shirt

Not quite ready to go the full 5K? No problem! The Couch Potato Fun Run is a relaxed one-mile loop perfect for families, kids, walkers, and anyone who wants to join the fun without tackling the full course.
Fun Run: FREE — T-shirt not included
Fun Run + T-shirt: $20
Race Day Details
Packet Pick-Up & Race-Day Registration: 6:00–7:30 AM at the Barnwell Community Center.
T-Shirts: Register by November 1 to be guaranteed a race shirt on race day.
Additional race shirts may be purchased for $20 if available.
And don't rush home after the finish line! The Spud Run kicks off Barnwell Community Day: Barbecue & Spuds Festival—so stick around for a full day of food, activities, vendors, and live music and all the fun.
